Jake Burley - Director
Jake's green fingers developed from a very young age with his Father owning one of the largest grounds maintenance companies in Surrey. With his inherited knowledge and passion for gardening, in 2015 Jake decided to start his own company to continue doing the work he loves most. Having trained and qualified in grounds maintenance, Jake always strives to give customers the best advice whilst putting his heart and soul into the task at hand.
Rob Symonds
A highly valued member of the team, Rob is an expert on the mower and a true delight to have onboard. Having previously owned his own company and with 16 years of experience under his belt, Rob beings his knowledge and skills to every job he attends. As well as making sure all the machinery is in order Rob is a keen fly fisherman and can be found wandering the Surrey Hills with his family and their two schnauzers, Woody and Buzz. Rob is a real asset to Clovers GM and always takes pride in everything he does.
Martin Hampton
Having worked in the industry for 16 years, there isn't much that Martin doesn't know when it comes to gardening equipment. With a natural talent for grounds maintenance and a keen eye for detail, Martin specializes in keeping the client's gardens looking their best. From regular mowing and strimming to overall tidy-ups and seasonal care, Martin is an asset to have onboard and when not getting his hands dirty, Martin enjoys spending time in the garden with his wife and four children.
Tom Reilly
With a natural talent for cultivating beautiful, well-maintained gardens, he has become known for his attention to detail and commitment to creating outdoor spaces that thrive year-round. Whether it’s mowing, strimming or hedge cutting, Tom takes pride in always delivery his work to the highest standard. Having been in the industry for the past 16 years, Tom has a wealth of knowledge and experience. In his spare time, Tom loves to be out enjoying the countryside with his wife and two dachshunds. Very hard working, Tom is a cherished member to have onboard.
Charlie White
With a deep passion for gardening and the great outdoors, Charlie has years of hands-on experience in horticulture and tree care. Whilst being a dedicated gardener, Charlie is also a qualified tree surgeon and when not working, he can often be found roaming the Surrey Hills with his family by both foot and bike. Never afraid to get his hand dirty, Charlie is an extremely hard worker and a joy to have on the team.
Alfie - Quality Control Manager
Having been on the mowers with Jake, since day one, Alfie knows exactly what he is looking for when it comes to the quality of work done. Alfie is a hard worker and knows every job inside out, especially the jobs where treats are involved!
Monty - Quality Control Assistant
Much to Alfie's dismay, Monty joined the team in 2020. A favourite with the customers, not so much the team when he occasionally steals any sandwiches left lying around!
